#CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As the Sales Planning Associate Manager you will work with a Sales Planning team to assist in developing and deploying a business plan for the assigned Category and/or Brand.
Works with Sales Planning Team Leader, Sales Planning Team Manager and 3D Planning team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan.
Assigned primary Sales Planning management or interface with a specific channel and/or customer.

In this role, you will: Engage our People as Business Owners: Develop individual capabilities to promote growth.
Drive the Business: Contributes to Business Plan for Category or Brand.
Works with cross-functional partners and field teams to bring Customer perspective.
Customer and Category Planning: Provides input into integrated customer plan and contributes to business plan release for assigned Category/Brand.
Responsible to advocate for assigned customers.

What we look for: Typically requires 3-5+ years of CPG experience Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience Clorox external (Field/Customer) experience beneficial Strong analytical skills Strong Category knowledge Consultative/Solution selling Category Business Planning and Insights (Diamond Planning process) Understanding of key Clorox processes People Management experience preferred Workplace type: This role will be required to be in Oakland, CA and in office 3 days out of the week.
