Senior Commercial Account Manager

Job Requirements are as follows: * Current/Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License * 5 years of prior experience as a Commercial lines account manager * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment * Must be detailed oriented and take a lot of pride in providing excellent customer service * Someone who is interested in creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients * Prior experience with Applied EPIC agency management is REQUIRED Job Duties: * Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships * Provide primary (main) day-today point of contact for clients * Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues that require policy interpretation and experience based judgment to resolve; may also negotiate with underwriters and carriers * Inside sales and cross-selling of existing agency book * Administration of daily workflow including renewals, endorsements, proof of coverage, etc.
* Respond to customer and carrier needs in a timely and professional manner * Provide in depth coverage knowledge and advice * Maintain up to date and accurate client files in the agency management system * Be able to work independently without oversight while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship with team members * Keep up to date with industry changes and laws Compensation: * Salary Position with commission bonus opportunities (Salary is based on experience) * Medical * Dental * PTO * 401k Matching Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
