*Senior Account Executive - Lingrove*

Lingrove is looking for a savvy, energetic, consultative Account Executive to manage inbound sales leads; pick up the phone and pitch; love and nurture our CRM; follow-up on order fulfillment; support marketing execution, and communicate product benefits, features, and specifications - to grow top-line performance.
We are seeking an energetic doer who is resourceful, has an entrepreneurial spirit, gets along with others, and can thrive in a start-up.
This role is open to US residents who can commute quarterly to the San Rafael office.
We strongly prefer a Northern CA based candidate who can visit prospects and clients in Northern CA.
This is a ground floor opportunity at a growing startup reporting to the CRO, working closely with our engineering team on sales engineering and support, supporting our external sales partners' sales teams, and with unique high-performance and sustainable products.
*Responsibilities*
*Direct sales:*
* Thrive on prospecting and outreach
* Manage the strong volume of inbound leads (in California and Northwest) from first contact to close of sale
* Handle customer relationships from first contact through recurring revenues
* Act as customer-facing point of contact throughout the sales process
* Support external sales team with leads and sales support in their regions
* Own CRM (Hubspot) management
* Coordinate with engineers and product team to manage the sale of the product as well as development projects
* Support interactions with vendors, suppliers, and other external business partners and others as needed
*Marketing:*
* Collaborate with marketing for collateral, newsletters, outreach, email, etc.
* Execute email and other campaigns as necessary
* responsible for ensuring that marketing activations are converted into sales
*Post-sales and customer success:*
* Communicate with current customers regularly for upselling
* Liaise with our engineer team for all sales engineering needs
* Provide after-sales support with support from Lingrove Technical staff when needed
* Ensure customers prospects are happy from initial contact to recurring sales
*Requirements:*
* Experience in Architecture & Design
* College degree required
* 4 years of experience in sales in architecture & design
* Experience in the highly consultative sales process
* Fluency with CRM software, and tracking projects via management tools (Trello, Jira, etc.
)
* Quick study: high-level understanding of Lingrove’s products and markets
* Ability to understand and navigate multiple decision-makers in the sales process
* Preference for team members who are located near San Rafael CA or willing to travel
*Nice-to-haves:*
* Experience in developing relationships with customers and serving as a consultant
* Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline, and/or working with client stakeholders.
* Experience in related fields: design, automotive, composites, manufacturing
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Solid organizational skills
* Love of sales to help grow an early-stage company
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced research and development environment
