We are looking for a qualified Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our company.

This position assists the General Manager to develop, implement, promote and follow through on actions and activities to increase business revenues and brand awareness.
This position is a "Results Oriented" position.
This individual must have the ability to easily and willingly adapt to changes in policy, procedures, or work environment.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Set, plan, and implement *social media and communication campaigns* and strategies in coordination with our external marketing agency.
* *Provide engaging text, image and video content* for all social media and professional accounts
* *Maintain and update all company software systems* (Booking Software, laptops, etc) set up and maintina new users, operate and troubleshoot any user issues.
* Update our website, creating banners for our site and making sure the information provided is accurate.
* *Design and coordinate production of promotional material *(brochure, leaflets, gift cards, etc.

* *Contact potential customers to develop & generate business* for the company
* *Respond to all leads *for the business in a timely manner
* Coordinate activities for hotel, concierge bookings, and travel agencies.
* Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
* *Review and maintain the accuracy of product descriptions* in all different sales channels.
* *Attend Travel trade shows *representing the company
* *Coordinates with Operations and Booking departments.

* *Assist the Operation Department in doing check-ins* once a week.
*QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE*
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*
* University degree preferred, but not mandatory
* Minimum experience in a tourism-related company is desired
* Prior experience in sales closing techniques and social media management is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a high degree of persuasiveness
* Proficient in usage of MSWord, MSExcel, Adobe, Canva / Photoshop & Google Ads & Analytics
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
* Must possess strong organizational skills, accuracy in document preparation, and detail-oriented
