Seeking a For Sale By Owner property that's on the small to mid sized sq footage (900- 1600sf) with an ample lot without neighbors immediately next to/ towering over the property.
At least 2 beds/ 1 bath but open to 2/2 or 3/2 or whatever configuration.
Oddball "extra space" is welcome, too.
Can be 1/4 acre or up to a couple acres or so.
