Sponsored by the City’s Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, 400 China Basin is part of the City’s Limited Equity Program, offering permanent affordable home ownership to middle-income individuals and families.
Administered by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, which oversees all BMR homes in the City, this project is part of a broader initiative to build 1,100 affordable housing residences in Mission Bay, including two affordable sites designated for first-time homebuyers.
During the purchase process, buyers will be guided by a highly experienced team of housing counselors, buyer’s advocates and sales agents all with substantial BMR experience.
Buyers must be first time buyers and must not exceed the maximum income per household:
