2 broken Scooters - I need a mechanic - $1 (Windsor)

Are you mechanically inclined? I’m in need of a scooter/motorcycle mechanic.
Here’s the situation.

I have two broken scooters and I can’t find a mechanic willing to fix my 2003 Honda Silvering.
I just bought it 6 months ago and it already broken down on me.
This is what I know about this bike.
.
it seems to have some sort of an electrical issue because it will completely shut off while riding down the freeway.
Sometimes on slow speeds as well.
It also may be a fuel pump issue but that’s just a guess.
It does fire right up though.
I also have a 2011 Honda PCX that needs a new belt, brake pads and maybe a new battery.
Please send estimates and length of time it will be in your shop.
I really want to ride this summer, any assistance would be appreciated.
