I buy baseball, basketball, football, marvel and other non sports cards and comic books.
Let me know what you have.
As long as it's not junky stuff or cards in bad shape I'll likely be interested.
If the comics are not too common or beat up I'll likely buy them too.
When you sell items yourself online you'll pay about 15% in fees and have to deal with the IRS at the end of the year.
They will send you a form 1099 which is based on your income bracket.
Let's say you are at the lowest bracket, 10%, that alone would be 25% total when you include the selling fee that you'll be responsible for.
I pay about 65% of market value.
The 10% difference here is for trading your time and effort in taking pictures, create listings, packing and shipping out items, answering messages, dealing with potential returns, driving to meet people and most importantly waiting for a buyer to actually buy your items.
That last part is the most challenging because just because something has value doesn't mean you can sell it right away.
It takes time to find the buyers and sometimes your items just sit and sit and sit and never sell.
Does that sound familiar?
If you feel getting 10% less is worth not dealing with the headaches and all the work involved selling yourself then write me.
