Looking for a work spot (santa rosa)

I’m looking for a preferably covered spot to restore and rebuild my grandpa’s car.
I’m open to any cost worst I can say is no looking for a month to month situation that way when it’s done I can just move it out.
Willing to sign contracts to cover both me and you.
Also will keep area cleaned up as I go.
Preferably close to Santa Rosa no further south than Petaluma no further north than Cloverdale.
