Many people out there will have ads offering to buy your collectibles, but most are very selective in what they want to buy and in the end you're still stuck with your items that you wanted to get rid of.
That doesn't mean I'll just buy anything you show me.
It has to make sense and if I do buy I won't cherry pick your items.
I'll buy it all.
I like buying collections because it's fun.
I enjoy going through newly acquired stuff, but most importantly I pay fair prices and will tell you what your items are worth if you don't know, not with just an opinion, but by showing you real examples of similar items sold or price realized in auctions that reflect current market values.
Market value is what people are paying based on the most recent data out there.
It is not based on what someone is asking for nor what someone thinks an item is worth.
When you see actual prices paid for an item that is a way to determine market value.
Always check with hobby shops, get information and then compare before accepting any offers.
You'd want to get multiple opinions and come to a consensus.
Never just take one person's word on what your collectibles are worth.
Some people out there claiming to pay the highest prices actually pay the lowest prices.
Be smart and do your due diligence.
