PULP @Bill Graham - Sept 16th GA x2 - $250 (San Francisco)

I have two GA admission tickets for PULP at Bill Graham on Sept 16th at 8PM.
Ticketmaster will only allow transfer on or after Sept 13th.
I can offer 3 options: 1) Can meet you in person at any police station in SF.
2) Do a “goods and services” transaction on PayPal for our mutual protection.
3) Meet at the venue the night of the show.
