This leopard coat was purchased over 50 years ago from Cherry & Webb Company in Boston.
It was made from 15 leopard pelts.
Fifteen years ago I flew to New Hampshire and traded 310 of Brazilian emeralds totaling 279.
85 carats for this extremely rare leopard coat.
The coat was purchased by a renowned poet for over $200,000.
In fact, her twin sister and she each bought one.
The poet traded hers to me because she was getting old and did not go out in her older age.
Their goal was to take the emeralds so she could make exquisite jewelry pieces (rings, necklaces, earrings).
I traded the emeralds for the coat and left her home.
