Parking spot needed near SFGH - $250 (mission district)

Tired of parking tickets and driving around blocks for hours to get to work.
Commuting from an hour north of SF.
Searching for a private parking spot in walking distance to SFGH.
(and decent walking distance as it's dark when walking) Would need M-F 6am-4pm.
Would like contract and will pay deposit if have to.
Can do weekly, monthly, whatever.
Car is a small one.
