Used Manual Hatchback (cole valley / ashbury hts)

I am a young person looking to buy my first car! I would like a reliable used manual hatch, similar to a Subaru Impreza or Mazda 3.
My budget isn't huge, but I can pay in cash or check.
Ideally model year would be between 2009-2019.
Clean title and service records are a must too.
