Etching Press from 1800's

An antique etching press from about the 1880's.
KELTON, press made in New York, NY This is a long bed press with the D roller (it can be converted with a sleeve), cast iron very heavy duty.
Typical of the times the etchings were narrower and that is the case with this press, but an excellent impression printing press with the original brass bushings (not like the current use of plastic bushings).
A long history of these presses being used in the intaglio printing of the Bureau of Engraving.
