I am teaching Genbukan martial arts.
I am looking for a new space.
I would need to be able to store 18 tatami mats and a few other smaller items there.
I would like to teach kids and adult classes, For kids classes, I would want one or two hours, one to three days a week between the hours of four and six, For adult classes I would want two hours, two to three nights a week, between the hours of 6pm and 9pm, preferably Monday through Thursday, but I am open to weekend mornings and evenings.
Preferably, kids classes would be on the same days as adult classes.
I currently pay $600 where I am offering training.
I am open to profit sharing in lieu of rent, which would benefit me in the beginning, and you in the long term.
Albany, Emeryville, and North Oakland are acceptable.
El Cerrito an outside possibility.
