The room will be available from April 1st(Monday).
Your will be renting a room with bathroom(almost privately without some guests may use).
The rent includes all the utilities.
There's one cleaning service(free for you) once every 2 weeks.
There is a terrace in the room.
There's a community swimming pool right downstairs and free to use in summer.
