19 furnished bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 4 dining rooms, 2 full kitchens, and multiple sets of washer/dryer units.
Plus several outdoor seating areas spread around the property.
* The 9 bathrooms all have showers, no bathtubs.
No private bathrooms, though we will consider this if you rent 2 or more bedrooms.
* If your group is larger, you may want to rent several rooms, or even the entire 3rd floor with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large common/dining area, and your own kitchen and laundry.
The PropertyThe house is surrounded by vast gardens with rare, towering trees, edible fruit, and other exotic plants.
There are several outdoor seating areas, and an extensive fine art collection within the home.
ParkingStreet parking is easy.
Limited on-site parking can be reserved for a fee, otherwise parking on-site is first come, first served.
The NeighborhoodJust a few blocks to great local fare including Xochi the Dog (cafe), Flip N Soul (soul food), Champa Garden (Thai), and Philomena Pizza.
There are many more great places within a mile.
Lucky Supermarket and several pharmacies less than a mile away.
For bus / BART to San Francisco and elsewhere, the AC Transit line 62 is just a few blocks away (⅕ mile).
PricingThe price shown is the base rate.
We have a few small rooms that are less and a few larger rooms that are more.
Feel free to ask if you'd like a discount, or an upgrade.
Not all rooms are shown, and room options will be based on availability.
Every room has at least a queen-size bed and a desk.
Some of the larger rooms have king-size beds, 2nd beds, sofas, etc.

Film and Photography Shoots There may be occasional film and photography shoots in common areas or around the property (not your bedroom).
You would be notified prior to any shoot.
