You will be responsible for leading a small crew in residential and commercial EV Charger installation projects.
*Requirements*
* Basic understanding in renewable energy
* Leadership skills
* Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc.
and install wire
* Great pipe bending skills
* Ability to complete main panel upgrades
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues
* Be resourceful in finding solutions to obstacles
* Keep prompt, honest and transparent communication between all parties
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements and timely reporting of violations
* Optimize time and material usage by choosing appropriate tools and methods
* Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed.

*Qualifications*
* Minimum of 4 years of electrical experience
