*Job Summary*
We are ready to hire a skilled Construction Site Supervisor/Senior Carpenter reporting directly to the company president.
You have extensive experience working collaboratively and proactively with crew members and subcontractors for complete residential remodel projects.
From planning, problem solving, and mobilization to punch list completion.
You are also comfortable providing high-level, detailed craftsmanship and understand what's necessary for all trade phases (information, materials, conditions).

*Responsibilities*
* Job site supervision and field crew leadership.
* Journeyman rough and finish carpentry, as well as relevant trade skills.
* Planning for equipment and materials procurement, and labor requirements.
* Consistent, clear written and verbal communication of field conditions to office.
* Work with technology, including cost coding and documentation.
* Managing work/scope sequence, considering occupants' requirements.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* 5+ years in significant roles of responsibility in residential remodeling.
* 10+ years hands-on rough and finish carpentry.
* Reliable transportation to and from Bay Area job sites.
Valid driver's license.
* Bring basic construction tools for your use on job site.
Projects require supervision and trade work.
6-8 hours a day.
* High school diploma.
Proof of employment eligibility.
* Dedicated to working to high standards and delivering precise work.
