4 pullies and some machinist/hand tools (san rafael)

Cleaning out the garage.
Found these tools.
They were in a box with taps, dies, drill bits, hole saws and a few other things.
Don't really know anything about them so if you want to make an offer or have any information for me I would appreciate it!
