This is a forearm forklift set.
It consists of 2 straps that you use in tandem with another person to carry heavy items (e.
g.
moving appliances).
Strap ends have multiple hand holes so length can be adjusted to carried item size & your height.
Like new, barely used.
Works like a charm but don't really need it any more so why not offer to somebody who can use it.
