Porter Cable 126 Porta -Plane Type I - $500 (bernal heights)

This vintage/ collectors tool is no longer made and has been "Restored" .
- Was going to just put a new 9' cord on it but I got carried away.
Had little use judging from the small amount of sawdust packed away in the inerds.
Did not replace bearings ,compared its sound while running to a brand new one and it sounds / feels just fine.
Switch no longer interrupts both hot and neutral just the hot.
Includes two carbide cutters one is being re-sharpened and am awaiting its return other is brand new still has gummy protection cover .
Bottom of both beds were flattened and new heavier gauge mirror finish 304 Stainless steel was used to recover the rear bed.
Does not include case only what is in pictures.
Fence was flattened and piece of UHMW slippery tape put on top to protect work piece.
Screws used to adjust planer that were slotted were replaced w/ philips etc.

Old parts included , instruction manual a photocopy.
