Carriage bolts and nuts - $50 (petaluma)

I have a plastic bin (9" wide x 10" long x 6" tall) that is about half full of 5/16" x 4" carriage bolts with nuts in like-new condition.
There are approximately 170 bolts with nuts, most of them as described above.
A handful of them may be slight variants.
