Senior Sales Advisor:
Reports to project leadership team: Jonathan Soh, Alexandra Hare and Molly Colehower
Serve as the primary on-site contact for all appointments, marketing activations, and purchaser relations throughout the project's lifecycle.
Deliver brokerage presentations to increase awareness of the project.
Record all pertinent details in the CRM system, generating ongoing reports for data analysis and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
Conduct client and broker appointments, engaging in negotiations for new deals.
Actively seek new clients and brokers through email outreach, cold calling, networking, and representing the project in the local market.
Participate in networking events, presentations, and virtual conferences to promote the project in the local office and feeder markets.
Attend all sponsor meetings, offering feedback on sales presentations.
Provide expert insights on pricing, unit release, and market conditions.
Monitor competitors to suggest optimal marketing activations, sales promotions, customer journey improvements, and project positioning.
Qualifications:
15+ years of sales experience.
Demonstrate local real estate and hospitality knowledge of the Napa Valley.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, hospitality, or real estate, with an MBA considered a plus.
Showcase exceptional presentation skills every day.
Display advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Leverage CRM systems and advanced technology to enhance sales processes.

Compensation Range:
$140,000 - $150,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
