FocusKPI is looking for a Creative resource Manager to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company.
In this position, you will own the workflow of incoming projects to a 50+ person Creative team, drive individual creative staff assignments, monitor the capacity of the team, and make sure the team runs like a well-oiled machine.
This is the opportunity to work with/on world class creative studio that allows you to influence the direction of the work and the team.
Work Location: Remote: prefers PST (Open to anywhere in the US- should be able to work PST) Duration: 7 months Pay Range: $55/hr to $63/hr Responsibilities: Lead the Creative team’s resource management system, partnering with Marketing, Operations Production, Brand and Creative Drive weekly resourcing meetings across different business units, partnering closely with Design Directors and Producers to make sure work is flowing and being assigned efficiently Schedule, facilitate, and run Discovery (Intake) meetings with Creative Leads/Producers and key stakeholders Manage intake, assign, and monitor projects and workloads among the Creative team Collaborate with both Creative and PMM/PgM constituents to identify current and upcoming work Determine project risk on an ongoing basis, escalates issues as needed Manage resourcing forecasting in Jira and Float for all departments based on input from weekly meetings and the Production Team Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years experience in a creative services function (i.
e.
, traffic, resource management) at a creative agency or with an internal creative team Coming from an agency background would be a good fit Strong Project management, and planning & tracking skills Required to be a tech or B2B Expertise in Jira and/or Jira Service Management and Float Resource Management Experience with the tools like Confluence or Trello Understanding creative process, you have a deep understanding and empathy for the Creative development process; From Design and Copy to Production and Project Management, you understand the nuances around each role on the Creative team and can navigate those complexities effortlessly Experience with conflict resolution & management and capacity planning for this role Experience with Monday.
