About This Opportunity
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Executive.
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional account management to our key clients.
Your expertise will contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue goals.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Actively manage and grow a book of business of SMB merchants within your designated territory.
Serve as an advisor to local merchants to ensure they maximize the value 7Now can offer, including performance reviews, upselling, among additional support activities.
Develop the strategy, execution process, and relationships within growth and merchant success within your territory
Partner closely with Operations and Marketplace Growth, to help solve merchant’s problems and generate insights that add value beyond top line revenue growth
Track and improve merchant KPIs to understand their success, issues, or opportunities
Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape, identifying new growth areas and business development opportunities for both Sales and Account Management.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
At least 5 years of combined experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably focusing on building ground up.
Intense desire to succeed and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven track record of success in remote roles
Base Salary range - $76,339- $109,056 + Variable Compensation plan
The hourly or salary range is the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.
This range may be modified in the future.
