We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on selling premium memberships to enterprise-level companies in the Greater Bay Area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional networking skills, and a strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.

Sales Strategy and Execution · Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and secure suite leases, club seat and Cloud Club memberships from enterprise-level companies within the Greater Bay Area.
· Identify and prioritize potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
· Conduct cold calls, prospect meetings, and presentations to promote our premium sales offerings and to key decision-makers.
Relationship Management · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise-level clients to foster repeat business and encourage upselling opportunities.
· Be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Regularly engage with clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and corporate events, to strengthen business ties.
Negotiation and Closing Deals · Create compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each corporate client.
· Lead contract negotiations, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our offerings and effectively conveying the value proposition to secure profitable deals.
· Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets for premium sales revenue Collaboration and Communication · Collaborate closely with the Premium Sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of premium sales initiatives and events.
· Keep management informed of sales progress, market trends, and competitor activities through regular reporting and sales performance analysis.
Market Research & Analysis · Stay informed about the latest industry trends, developments, and opportunities in the Greater Bay Area market to capitalize on emerging prospects.
· Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and companies for premium sales outreach.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on premium sales and corporate hospitality within the sports, entertainment, or related industries.
· Extensive experience in selling to enterprise-level companies and building relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
· Familiarity with the Greater Bay Area market and a network of contacts within the enterprise-level segment is highly desirable.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our group sales offerings persuasively.
· Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $120,000 to $140,000 total compensation (base salary plus Incentives) ,and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience and other factors the San Francisco Giants consider relevant to the hiring decision Additionally, this role might be eligible for bonus or incentive awards.
