Summary/Objective
Develop a customer base of key accounts that generates recurring sales to achieve the annual sales plan for the territory.
Essential Functions
• Manage existing accounts, cold calling, and setting face to face meetings.
• Majority of time working directly on-site with customers.
• Developing opportunities by identifying solutions to solve customer problems.
• Promoting solutions of key manufacturers that we represent.
• Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) data including entering quotations, uploading supporting documents and keeping data current.

Qualifications
• Associate degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school and / or three years of sales experience in mechanical field.
• Experience with steam and hot water systems.
• Ambitious ‘hunter’ sales personality.
• Mechanical aptitude and / or practical knowledge of pipe, valves and fittings.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Other Important information
• Technical training provided by company during work hours.
• This position is home based, must live within sales territory.
