THE ROLE: SHOPPER MARKETING MANAGER The Shopper Marketing Manager for Every Man Jack partners cross-functionally to develop best-in-class digital & in-store programs executed with excellence to drive awareness and incremental growth at strategic retail partners tied to clear KPIs.
This role helps to provide a link across brand, sales, marketing, creative, and operations to maximize investments to meet clear goals.
The role involves ownership of the marketing budget and requires experience, patience, drive, diligence, and flexibility to manage the challenges, and take advantage of the opportunities that a fast-growing company will face.
The Shopper Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will be a key resource and leader for the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Growth Driver: Drive velocity through lower funnel shopper marketing tactics, including digital activations, in-store displays, signage, and shelf trays to reach our core consumer.
Develop and lead our shopper marketing program to generate awareness, growth, and loyalty, optimizing our presence across various retail channels and platforms to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
Budget Leadership: Develop and manage the annual shopper marketing calendar and budget, ensuring that all retailer activations align with the company's objectives.
Build and Execute Strategy: Develop a comprehensive shopper marketing strategy working cross-functionally to execute activation plans of both online and offline, using insight to ensure that the Brand and Marketing strategies are represented in the retailer environment to hit specific KPI's.
Creative Development: Brief creative team around key sales and shopper marketing asset needs.
Drive Effectiveness: Track, measure, and analyze the results of shopper marketing initiatives to drive future plans.
THE CANDIDATE Candidates must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
While this candidate loves timelines and hitting key milestones, also has a remarkable ability to remain calm and flexible in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high growth collaborative environment.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED 3-5 years working in a shopper marketing or brand role for a consumer goods or marketing focused company.
Experience managing display development & commercialization processes.
Must be results oriented.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a track record of taking ownership and driving results.
Ability to manage requirements for multiple projects working with peers offering clear prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
Impeccable organizational and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be held accountable for delivering superior results on time and on budget.
Team player possessing strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships & communicate with all levels of management.
Organized, positive, and high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to execute with high attention to detail.
A proactive approach to anticipate issues and provide solutions.
Proficient with Google Suite, Smartsheets, and Asana preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
