The Napa Valley Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization located in Napa, CA, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to provide programs that serve Napa County students.

*Website & Social Media Management*
* Perform NVEF website updates and minor edits on WordPress.
* Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
* Write captions, develop content, and schedule posts for social media platforms.
* Monitor social media engagement metrics, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
*Design & Content Creation*
* Create digital content for social media and online platforms.
* Design visually appealing flyers and materials incorporating NVEF messaging and branding elements.
* Design and print signage for NVEF events.
* Coordinate printing of NVEF materials and swag.
* Edit promotional videos and ensure they align with our brand image and messaging.
* Edit SHINEcast podcast episodes to maintain a high level of quality and engagement.
*Email Campaigns & Newsletters*
* Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns to effectively target and engage our audience.
* Establish deadlines for newsletter articles and coordinate content creation efforts with team members.
* Contribute written articles for newsletters as needed.
*Data Management & Reporting *
* Maintain the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data records.
* Compile and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
* Generate reports to inform future marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, demonstrating a track record of success.
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
* Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
* Experience with Elementor or WordPress, and experience with social media.
* Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and derive insights from marketing data.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the NVEF mission.
Because the position includes working with students and occasional local travel, federal fingerprint clearance, a CA Driver's License and automobile insurance are required.
Candidates will be asked to provide design/work samples during interviews and are encouraged to attach samples when submitting their resumes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.
