POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Vintage Wine Estates.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in supporting the overall Marketing and Sales organizations in the planning and execution of a range of commercial efforts.
You will be expected to work collaboratively across multiple departments as we promote our unique portfolio of wine and cider brands.
Responsibilities are wide-ranging but will include activities like coordination of consumer promotions, creation of in-store displays, development of marketing materials, tracking of marketing budgets / metrics, and management of events and other promotional activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing coordinator with experience in the wine industry and a passion for fast-paced environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and execution of a range of cross-channel marketing campaigns and trade activities
Coordinate the production of creative assets and marketing / sales materials; assist in distribution to internal and external stakeholders
Produce post-campaign reports to support generation of actionable learnings
Collaborate on the development and execution of events and promotional activities
Track and support the analysis of marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future activities
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including budget management, invoice processing, and a range of project management duties
Help manage sales submissions, sample requests, competition submissions, and trade-related priorities
Additional duties, as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
2 to 4 years of relevant marketing experience
1 year of wine or bev-alc experience
Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is predominately sedentary
Must be able to stand and walk as required for job duties
Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard that can involve repetitive motion
Must be able to use office machinery such as a copy machine, printer and computer
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to travel as needed for company functions
SALARY RANGE: $55k - 70k/DOE; Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
