Helena, CA.

*Ottoman Art *is located on Main Street in Saint Helena.
Ottoman Art offers a wide assortment of oriental rugs; hand crafted ceramic plates, bowls and vases; beautiful boots and handbags.
*Sales Associate Overview*
The Sales Associate partners with store management to drive sales by persistent attention to detail in assisting and selling goods to customers.
Also offers general support to the management team regarding visual merchandising, housekeeping and store cleanliness.
*Sales Associate Requirements*
* Previous retail experience is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident sales ability
* Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication.
Able to use a calculator.
* Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
* Flexible retail work hours including weekends, holidays
* Physical Demands:
* This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing.
Involves standing for at least four consecutive hours.
Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
* May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
*Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities*
* Customer service is key…we are here to enhance the customer experience by outfitting them
* Tell the product story, features and benefits of merchandise
* Process register transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain visual integrity by regular cleaning and dusting
* Replenish merchandise as needed
* Coordinate shipping of sold merchandise
* Maintain a high level of awareness regarding loss prevention
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $20.
