This is more of a boarding style arrangement, not a party house nor if you are looking for a place to hang out with roommates.

You would be sharing with one female and one male; we are both busy professionals that have full time jobs.

There is street parking, Permit required.
You will feel very safe in this area.

Washer and dryer in house.
We share a bathroom, but it has never been a problem because of our schedules, and we are mindful about the time spent in the bathroom and in keeping it clean.
The kitchen is fully equipped and available for light cooking only.
No overnight guests.
One person only.
No smoking or vaping inside.

Rent- $1100 per month, plus $40.
00 to contribute to household items, utilities, general cleaning service once a month.
