We are looking for 2 long term roommates to join our home in a large and sunny Lower Haight Victorian home in a month to month lease! We have 2 bedrooms open for a move in date on January 1ST.
However, one of the available bedrooms has an optional move in date of December 15TH.
APARTMENT -We are 3 individuals in our 30s and 40s looking to add 2 long term roommates to our sunny Lower Haight Victorian home! -The house itself is very spacious with big common areas.
-Recently remodeled kitchen -No laundry on-site, but laundromats and wash & fold within walking distance -Street parking only.
-No pets -NOTE: For privacy purposes photos of the bedroom are not included.

LOCATION -This apartment is in a great location! We are located in the middle of Lower Haight and less than a 10 minute walk from Hayes Valley, Duboce Park, and Alamo Square.
-Multiple grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway) on Market St are a couple blocks away.
-Access to the N Judah and J train and major bus lines (7, 22, 6) -Short drive to highway access.
