Values: Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Loyalty, Diligence, Teamwork Woodmont is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Santa Rosa Regional Office.
This position is 25 hours per week.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
The position is primarily responsible for providing a positive customer service experience to guests and employees.
This person should have demonstrated reliability; excellent work habits, and is detail oriented.
Ability to discreetly handle confidential information is critical.
This person should work well with employees at all levels and be flexible in nature.
The successful candidate will have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills and is comfortable with computers especially as it relates to significant data entry.
Must be able to lift and move full standard storage boxes and supplies up to 25 lbs.
General administrative duties include: * Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and vendors that visit our office; * Maintain Certificate of Insurance tracker for all vendors and tenants * Collecting, opening and distributing incoming mail and prepare daily overnight mailing; * Maintaining and ordering office supplies; * Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner; * Organizing and maintaining office files; * Creating, editing and updating reports using Excel; * Generate and update correspondence using Word; * Print and copy documents; * Local driving for department needs; * Other duties as needed.
Specific skills required: * Minimum two years previous administrative support responsibilities; * Proven customer service skills; * Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Strong organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills; * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); * Excellent Interpersonal skills.

00 per hour depending on experience The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
