*What’s in Store? *
We’re looking for a community manager for two our mobilehome communities in Santa Rosa.
This position is part time, Monday through Friday.
*Administrative Duties:*
* Correspond via email, phone, and in person with residents.
* Distribute rent statements and process rent payments.
* Bank deposits, reconciliation of the park’s monthly billing and collections.
* Rental showings and application processing.
* Day-to-day tasks of community management.
*Compliance Duties:*
* Space and amenities compliance, and enforcement of rules and regulations.
* Daily property walks.
* Management of compliance notices and procedural timing.
* Conflict resolution management.
*Who’s Right for this Position?*
* *Fluent* in Spanish (preferred) and English.
* *Self-motivated* - We offer training, but the best way to grow into the role is to learn as you go.
We can’t train common sense and resourcefulness, however.
* *People-orientated* – Build rapport with residents through good communication, active listening, and empathy.
