About the job:
Gaetani’s on-site managers are part-time employees who live on-site and act as the eyes and ears of the building in which they reside.
On-site managers have excellent communication and customer experience skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation for this position is provided via a significant rent reduction or a free housing in the building to which you are assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant issues in a timely manner
Light cleaning of all common areas, i.
e.
, laundry and recycle rooms, elevator, and lobby
Resolve any emergency situations and coordinate vendors and contractors when needed
Occasionally assist with building inspections with portfolio managers, building owners, and vendors
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor move-ins and move-outs
Qualifications:
Occasional availability after business hours and on weekends
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining building standards.
