Hiring NOW - Maintenance Associate - SF/Oakland (San Francisco)

We are looking for an experienced, operations team member who can support our homes in San Francisco / Oakland! Both part-time / full-time positions are available immediately.
Daily tasks can include: Managing maintenance tickets submitted by our tenants Conducting basic home maintenance (painting, changing locks, etc) in a timely manner Furnishing/unfurnishing room and homes as-needed Completing move-in/out inspections and room refreshes Requirements: Drivers license required Access to car required - truck is a bonus Basic handyman experience Weekend availability/on-call availability on the weekend Reliable, steady weekly schedule Experience in real estate, house construction,or general handyperson activities preferred $20-$25+ / hour depending on experience Benefits: Health Insurance - Medical, Vision, Dental 401(K) Paid Time Off Gas Reimbursement - fully reimbursable at $0.
