I am licensed general contractor and real estate agent here in California, currently seeking an investor partner, or private money lender to finance the purchase and rehab cost of single family homes.

As an investor partner, you have the potential to earn up to 50% of the profit from each flip property you invest in, and as a private money lender, you have the ability to earn 10% to 12% interest on the funds you invest.
The risk is extremely low because your funds can be secured by the property through a "deed of trust".
