Full Charge Bookkeeper for Property Management Company
Responsibilities:
- Manage various accounting processes including billing details for residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate.
- record receivables of rents, process payables
- prepare final account statements of deposit funds
- prepare delinquency or other tenant notices
- prepare eviction paperwork
- manage timely process serving
- assist in collecting delinquent rent deposits
- maintain accurate and organized tenant, vendor, insurance files
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements & balance sheets
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial data effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Familiarity with property management is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Training: Will train for legal tenancy notice preparation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $29.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
