Handyperson Needed for Busy Property Management Company (marina / cow hollow)

We are a busy full service property management company located in San Francisco looking for a handyperson to assist in day to day maintenance repairs.
Essential Job Functions: • Troubleshoots all property systems, and performs repairs • Assists with apartment unit turns including painting, cleaning, and general repairs • Proficient in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting • Completes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashion • Walks the grounds and common areas to ensure the area is free of trash, debris, and graffiti • Provides excellent customer service to residents Knowledge Skills and Abilities: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 4-5 years of maintenance experience • General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally • Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required You are required to have your own means of transportation and your own tools.
Job Type: Hourly Pay: $39.
