Days & Hours
This role is fully in-person and requires flexibility.
This position requires a commitment of at least 45 hours per week, generally being Monday – Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM, but that may need to be adjusted from time to time and may at times incorporate evening or weekend hours.
Salary Range
Salaried, exempt
Commensurate with experience, knowledge, and abilities.
Annually, $80,000 - $85,000
About The Role
The mission of this role is to provide unparalleled attention to detail while also maintaining a “Big picture” perspective.
The Property Management Administrator will oversee administrative functions, provide outstanding customer service to tenants and vendors, and assist with financial management and reporting.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated professional with property management experience and excellent communication skills.
The Ideal candidate will have previous experience in Commercial Property Management.
Your Essential Tasks:
Maintain meticulous property records and databases.
Prepare reports summarizing market data, trends and key metrics.
Coordinate property calendars and scheduling.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate.
Manage and document incoming communications from tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct property inspections and identify areas requiring attention.
Enforce building rules, regulations, and lease provisions.
Assist with vendor/tenant relations, resolving issues and responding to inquiries.
Support budgeting, financial reporting and forecasting processes.
Review invoices, reconcile rents, and monitor expenditures.
Analyze financials and propose corrective actions as needed.
Implement cost control measures.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
You’re proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
You are okay with working in the field and at multiple locations, as needed.
