As a Leasing Agent for us, you would be helping residents find the best place to call home! We’re seeking someone who understands the importance of assisting residents in finding the perfect home in our portfolio that meets their needs.
Our properties are primarily in Oakland, San Francisco, Alameda, and Berkeley, and we've recently expanded to the Peninsula.

Summary: Leasing Agents lease homes in our East Bay, San Francisco, and Peninsula portfolios, primarily in Oakland, San Francisco, and Berkeley.
We rent and manage properties from San Francisco to Palo Alto, along the 80/880 corridor from Richmond to Fremont, and the 680 corridor from Concord to Pleasanton Agents will accept leads from our CRM software, post ads, contact and vet prospective clients, schedule appointments to tour units, and secure property leases.
Same-day leasing appointments are required with one-hour notice.
Ukiyo Property Management manages residential properties in the Bay Area.
We seek to attract and retain motivated real estate professionals who love the unique local Bay Area culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Have or acquire the information necessary to navigate the rental process in San Francisco, Oakland, and Alameda.
* Have a complete understanding and adherence to Fair Housing laws.
* Answer all incoming calls from leads on the first call.
* Respond to all leads within 20 minutes.
* Follow-up with all active leads daily.
* Post ads on all listing sites, including daily posts on Craigslist.
* Track and manage tenant leads in our CRM software.
* Conduct in-person tours of prospective residents through our available properties.
Same-day tours are required.
* Provide applications to prospective residents and follow up on the application process.
* Draft and send prospective residents holding and lease agreements.
* Enter all your prospect communications and tour notes into our CRM.
* Explain and understand the Move-in Requirements.
* Collect the required move-in funds.
* Verify that Renters Insurance is active before the lease starts.
* Understand market rent, rent control laws, and neighborhood trends in SF, Alameda, and Oakland.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous property management leasing or real estate sales experience.
* Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
* Current Fair Housing certification.
We will pay for you to get trained and certified.
* Demonstrate a polished, professional appearance and a poised demeanor.
* Strong communication abilities and a talent for building interpersonal connections.
* Property management experience is preferred.
* A California Real Estate Salesperson's license is preferred.
