Do you possess a valid Real Estate License? We are seeking a Licensed Leasing Agent to join our property management team in San Francisco, CA, on a 1099 contracted basis.
This position offers a flexible schedule, including the necessity to work weekends as needed and regular hours from Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $40 per hour Job Type: Part-Time, Contract Responsibilities: - Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and handle the signing of these agreements.
- Collect rents and security deposits.
- Draft and update lease documents.
- Process rental applications efficiently.
- Maintain and update rental listings to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
Requirements: - Must have a valid California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) salesperson license.
- Professional and frequent communication skills are essential to liaise effectively with both team members and clients.
- Ability to travel within San Francisco as required.
