*Role Overview:* As the Senior Leasing Manager at Structure Properties, you will play a pivotal role in setting the overall strategic direction for the leasing department.
Working closely with the CEO, CMO, and COO, you will own market positioning, sales targets, and leasing-related client relations and will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
Your leadership will drive the department's success by aligning strategic goals with day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of success and excellence within the team.
*Responsibilities:* * Work closely with the CMO to develop and implement strategies to achieve high occupancy rates, market rents, and exceptional customer service, with a strong emphasis on sales tactics and strategies.
* Develop and implement strategic Leasing plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help team members improve and achieve their goals.
* Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and targets for individual team members and monitor progress towards achieving them.
* Analyze leasing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* Identify challenges and solutions within the department through collaborative problem-solving and decision-making with the Leasing Team.
* Lead by example and actively participate in leasing activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
* Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
