Best Dog Ever! (Sebastopol)

This is Raven.
She is a two-year-old black German Shepherd- Malamute (fluffy husky) cross.
She is wonderful on the leash.
She is great with kids, cats, other dogs chickens, and loves all people.
She is very calm, a well behaved and balanced family pet.
She is crate trained.
She has advanced obedience skills and will make somebody an absolutely awesome dog.
She is my registered service dog, and could easily be trained to work as someone else’s service dog, or just be an amazing partner.
She is spayed, stands perfectly for nail trims, loves to go for walks or jog, but is relatively calm, low energy dog.
I’m heartbroken to have to rehome her.
She will require a home with a fenced backyard.
We are in the country on acreage and are having trouble keeping her safely confined to our property.
A good home is a must.
