Bearded Dragon (bayview)

I am rehoming my 1 year old Bearded Dragon.
I think he is a boy but I am not sure.
He accepts food from my hand and tolerates being handled.
He has never bit me before.
Not even on accident when taking food.
I handle him every week when it is time to give him a soak in a small tub of water.
He seems to tolerate it and enjoys the bit of splash time.
I feed him fresh foods like spring mix, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, grapes and apples.
I also feed him live mealworms and their beetles.
I am rehoming him only because I can't afford to upgrade his enclosure.
He is a good lizard.
It isn't fair for him so I am rehoming to good home for reasonable fee.
He also comes with: 1\.
His tank which has a screen cover with rocks and bedding inside 2\.
Heating pad 3\.
Dome Clamp Lamp with 75watt Halogen Bulb 4\.
Brand new nocturnal 75 watt bulb I would keep him but I just don't have the time to give to him these days.
He is totally healthy and I like him alot.
Rehoming fee of $100 for this beautiful beardie.
Including him and his enclosure I paid over $300.
Pick up only in San Francisco.
