He does not have any behavioral issues.
No separation anxiety.
He's shy with strangers and will need an adequate amount of time to warm up to you! He would be great for a retired person/couple because he's low maintenance! He does not need an experienced owner.

I'm moving and can't take him with me out of the country because my housing over there isn't stable there yet.
