11 year old cat needs a new home (oakland west)

I'm absolutely heartbroken about this, but I need to rehome my sweet tuxedo cat, Mumu.
She's about 11-12 years old and is the sweetest cat I've ever had.
Loves to cuddle, very affectionate and will purr you to sleep.
She's been an indoor/outdoor kitty for most of her life and would love an outdoor space to roam for spring/summer, but is perfectly fine inside with some windows for bird watching.
She has been my best friend for over a decade, however, I'm travelling full time now and can't give her the attention she wants and needs.
I need to find someone who will adore her and give her the cuddliest last few years of her life.
She doesn't have any medical issues and is perfectly healthy (other than a little chubby).
Anyone who meets her instantly falls in love.
She's good with kids and other animals.
